The United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-political educational advocacy organization founded in 2004. Our mission is to promote the interests of Macedonians and Macedonian communities worldwide. We are committed to building a strong, unified, and prosperous Macedonian nation and to fostering a positive image of Macedonians globally.
UMD is active in a variety of areas, including: – Human rights – Education – Culture – Business – Politics – Media We work with a network of partners and organizations around the world to achieve our goals. We are also a member of the World Macedonian Congress, an umbrella organization representing Macedonian communities in over 30 countries.
UMD has a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Australia. We are also expanding our reach into other regions, such as South America, Asia, and Africa. We believe that the Macedonian Diaspora is a powerful force for good, and we are committed to working with our members to make a positive difference in the world.
